Megan Kaplan, DVM

“I have a diverse training background that allows me to see things

from different points of view. This helps me relate to the client and

Along with spending time with her

two dogs (Thalia–a black lab, and

Harley–a corgi), Dr. Kaplan enjoys

the theater, dancing and travelling.

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine: Colorado State University, 2006.

  • Small Animal Internship: VCA Southshore Animal Hospital, Weymouth, MA, 2007.
  • Small Animal Emergency Internship: University of Minnesota, 2008.
  • Professional interests include endocrine emergencies, acute renal failure, anesthesia, and pain management.
  • Western Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association member.
  • Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society member.
