The in-house lab at AVETS operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Capabilities include testing for hematologic (blood cell), chemistry (organ function), electrolyte, blood gas, and coagulation parameters along with common infectious diseases such as "parvo," "lyme," and feline leukemia and FIV, blood typing and cross matching.
